Gallery 86 is an artists' co-operative run by an eclectic group of local artists including Ceramicists, Painters, printmakers and a unique papier-mâché sculptor. The gallery comprises of two main exhibition spaces, and two open studios. There is a lively and modern feel throughout. The upstairs gallery has regularly changing exhibitions and is available to hire. You can find anything here from a quirky ceramic spoon to an original painting. Gallery 86 is situated on Crediton High Street, on the A377 leading out towards Barnstaple. Car parking is available at St. Saviour's carpark, which is approximately four minutes walk to the gallery. Unfortunately due to the age of the premises there are no facilities for disabled visitors, (ie wheelchair ramps and lifts). |
